Pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap Kemampuan yang Berdampak pada Kinerja (Studi pada Karyawan PT. Pln Persero Area Pelayanan dan Jaringan Malang)

The objective of research is to understand and to explain the influence of training method on work ability, the influence of training material on work ability, the influence of training method on employee performance, the influence of training material on employee performance, the influence of work ability on employee performance PT. PLN Persero APJ Malang. Data analysis tools include descriptive analysis and path analysis. Sampling technique is simple random sampling. The sample is 44 employees. Result of research indicates that Training Method (X1) has positive and significant influence on Work Ability (X­3). It is proved by path coefficient of 0.330. Training Material (X2) has positive and significant influence on Work Ability (X­3), and it is provable by path coefficient of 0.488. Training Method (X­1) has significant effect on Employee Performance (X­4). It is proved by path coefficient of 0.279. Training Material (X­2) has significant influence on Employee Performance (X4) and it is provable by path coefficient of 0.443. Work Ability (X­3) has positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (X4) and it is proved by path coefficient of 0.260.
